'The Day Trip' Notecards and Envelope Set.

The focus of this work was to record trips to the countryside. In doing so, Geraldine O' Riordan ponders the landscape and environment that recalls childhood memories and marks the changing times. 

The delightful Notecards and Envelopes set has 10 notecards (5 designs x 2) with white envelopes. The notecards feature five original paintings; 'Evening on the Golden Vale', 'Tall Trees at Cloghane', 'Ballyquin Beach, Cloghane', 'Ballygarvan Road, Co. Kerry' and 'Ballycotton View'. 

Geraldine O' Riordan is a self-taught artist who has been painting from an early age. Geraldine's passion for historic buildings began with her first visit to the Crawford Art Gallery and this led to her setting up a decorative painting business. In 2005, Geraldine turned to full-time easel painting. Her award-winning work has been exhibited at the Royal Hibernian Academy, the Royal Ulster Academy, University College Cork and the Irish Georgian Society.
